Highest recommendation! I was a first-time buyer, so I don't have much context to compare Mandy to other realtors. But as far as general customer service goes, this has to be one my top experiences. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and savvy. She was patient with me while I shopped homes at the low end of the market. And came up with creative options so that our offer rose to the top, without overpaying. Communication was great, she was available whenever I needed, and was always on top of any deadlines. After the closing process turned a little messy with an overlapping tenant, she got me through that process remarkably unscathed. And when I thought she had done everything she needed to, she would surprise me with even more ideas she was working on to help out. My guess is that we've all experienced the scenario when customer service was best before the contract was secured ... and maybe not so great after. Mandy, from Montana Land Company, breaks tradition with exceptional service before, during, and after a transaction. I kept waiting for the level of service to fall off. It never did. She provides excellent, fact-based research before the transaction, superior support through the entirety of the sale, and thorough followup post-contract. I've experienced a number of real estate transactions throughout my lifetime, and hands down, this was the best. Proof of character is how someone conducts business when there are complications. Recently I decided to purchase a home in Missoula that I could use when we visit and list as a short-term rental when we were away. A mutual friend gave me Mandy’s name. Retaining Mandy to help with our eventual purchase was one of the best decisions I made. Once we had located the home we wanted to purchase, Mandy guided us through the process. Although we were making the purchase remotely (home in Illinois), Mandy simplified the process and explained everything as we worked through the purchase. At all times I knew that Mandy was looking out for our interests. In addition to the regular purchase issues, we were making the purchase through a newly created LLC. Again, Mandy shared her own experience renting her own home as a short-term rental including a newly issued requirement for registration with the City for short-term rentals. Mandy was able to help us finding inspectors, handymen, insulation services, providing 3-4 contacts for each request. The links she provided to the various utilities were also helpful.
